If you follow me on Twitter, you know that I was at Nordstrom all this weekend.
While there, I saw this neon yellow pleated tunic.
My reaction, "Oooh! Love this!"
Husband's reaction, "Um, it's awfully bright..."
I paired it with two neutral tones so as to avoid looking too much like the traffic cone my husband was picturing in his mind.

I do really like that neon shirt. I think you right, as long as you paired it with neutral it will tone down the brightness.

This looks fabulous! And I wish I had a photo of my outfit today to share - I did something so similar. My top was the same material as yours, a gorgeous BCBG neon pink. I paired it with black skinny pants, black Steve Madden hidden wedges and white lace socks, and a black Michael Kors tote. I love this look on you - going with neutrals (love the shoes, btw!) is a great way to tone down neon!
